Goed hoor, Sis, hardlopen.
Joman doet het al jaren en hij voelt er zich prima bij.
Ik kan het helemaal niet. Ooit met een vriendin begonnen aan zo'n opbouwend schema. Minuut hardlopen, 5 minuten wandelen enz...
Nou, het kwam er bij ons op neer dat we op een gegeven moment de kroeg maar inwandelden. We waren het er over eens dat het echt niets voor ons was;)

ja zo'n schema heb ik nu ook, maar ik ga in mijn eentje lopen, vind ik prettiger, gaan wanneer ik wil en lopen hoe 'hard' (gaat nog niet zo hard;)) ik wil.
Dan loop ik over de dijk, in mijn ene hand de telefoon want daar zit de stopwatch op, en in de andere mijn ipod.
Best lastig, had wel wat te drinken willen hebben onderweg ......dat hele kwartier lopen:Dmaarja, kan moeilijk mijn handtas meenemen met lopen.

En dan valt die tas elke keer af. Je hebt van die riemen waar je kleine flesjes in kan stoppen en je sleutels en de rest wat je mee moet nemen.
Maar dat staat gelijk weer zo echt;)
En hoezo moet je je schamen dan als je bekende tegenkomt?
Gewoon op je stopwach kijken en zeggen,ooooh ik moet weer wandelen...
