Ik word er moe van dat ik iedere keer te horen krijg dat ik "apart" ben.
Ik ben introvert, ben geen feestbeest, ga niet uit naar clubs, festivals etc. en heb geen social media. Dat maakt mij in de ogen van andere apart en raar.
Iedere keer leg ik uit dat ik blij ben met wie ik ben en ook blij ben dat ik niet hetzelfde ben dan de rest, ik vind mezelf dan lekker uniek zeg ik dan.
Het lijkt maar niet geaccepteerd, gerespecteerd en gewaardeerd te worden.
Heeft iemand tips hoe hier mee om te gaan?

Het is ook waar je naar luistert. Probeer die oordelen het ene oor in het andere uit te laten gaan....(makkelijker gezegd dan gedaan, maar it's not what they call you, it's what you answer to)

ja, heel mooi, hoop dat Chubby t ook herkenbaar vindt - soms heb je nodig om iets te lezen/zien van wie op je lijkt. Puur ook als tegengewicht tegen het onbegripEn het is ook een extraverte wereld waarin we leven, waarin introversie toch nog vaak als apart wordt gezien....ziekelijk / abnormaal soms zelfs.
Daar mag wel eens een eind aan komen!
